How do I book you as our wedding photographer?

Booking us as your wedding photographer is very simple. First we would like to ensure that our photographic style is what you are looking for by asking you to look at our gallery where you will see our portfolio. We do however, understand that not every couple will subscribe to our vision, values and philosophy.

If the answer is yes and you are interested in booking us as your wedding photographer, please complete the contact form, with as much details as possible in order to check availability of the date for you. After that we would then like to meet with you to discuss fully, the wedding day events and answer any questions you might still have.

At the meeting, we will also show you our wedding sample albums where you will be able to see firsthand the beautiful and timeless quality of the album and prints we provide, as well as discuss all the products, prices and extras we have available, so that you can make a more informed decision about which products are right for you.

Finally, after we are both satisfied with what was agreed, it is just a question of completing the reservation process by paying a retainer fee which will lock the date of your wedding on this day.

This look as though it is going to be expensive, will I be able to afford you?

As you may have discovered, there are many different ways photographers choose to price wedding photography and so that there are no misunderstandings, we would like to be totally transparent about what you are paying for. The most important thing that you are investing in is actually our time and expertise – it takes a lot of effort and skill to make beautiful images, both during the capture and afterwards in post-production.

There are two options available to you. You can choose to either pick individual items on an ‘a la carte’ basis which allows you to build a package based on coverage as a starting point with the rest being added according to your requirements to get the exact package that is right for you, or, you can choose one of our all-inclusive and most popular collection packages - which have been created based on our experience of what couples want from their wedding photography and to give you the greatest return on your investment.

We don’t offer full pricing on-line, however our pricing is very simple with Wedding Book Collections starting from only $1,395.00.

This is not to make a secret of it but a way to make sure our clients book with us because they believe and value our photography and not because of price alone. Full pricing will be given in person when we meet to discuss your wedding in more detail. We also offer other options such as parent books, frames, individual fine prints and the ever popular engagement sessions.

There are many color pictures on your site; can we have more black and white?

We love black and white photography and would be more than happy to comply. Normally, we will give you a favorable mix of black and white and color. But…of course we mainly decide on black & white photography or color depending on the wedding itself, the colors present on the day, the venue, the light and all the other important details that helps us decide what works better, so that in the end your album and your day is remembered the best way.

Do you make any formal group images?                                                                                     

Not only do we provide group shots which are a part of our storybook concept, we almost insist on them. They are the perfect opportunity to actually get most of the family and friends together in one image which otherwise would be almost impossible. This image will be one you will feel that is worthwhile when in 20 years’ time; you will look back and see all the people who were there.

What happens if you are ill?                                                                 

We have been photographing weddings for several years now and haven’t missed one yet. I would have to be severely ill to not attend your day. In the unlikely event that I am indeed incapacitated, I would work through the lists of photographers we know, as well as our assistants, that we trust to get coverage of your wedding day.

Are you insured?

We carry both professional indemnity and public liability insurance. If anything were to go wrong we are extremely well covered. In fact, many venues today require photographers to have insurance before that can work at that venue. You should not even consider employing a photographer that does not have proper insurance. We would be more than happy to show you documentation.

How far will you travel?

We cover weddings all over the state of Florida as well as the USA. All travel expenses within 30 miles from Orlando are included, if outside the 30 mile radius a flat fee will be quoted and then added to the final cost. If an overnight stay is required, which usually happens if the wedding is further than 125 miles from Orlando, a flat fee will be quoted and then added to the final cost. 

With weddings in the US involving flights and accommodation in a separate state, a full quote will be given when all the details are known but to make things easier for the couple, all travel are arranged by us and a flat fee covering all the expenses will be quoted and added to the final investment.

How many images will I get?

A fixed number cannot be guaranteed as each wedding is different and you shouldn’t confuse quantity with quality. The number of images will always depend on the number of locations, the time of coverage as well as the number of guests. We try to capture the guests, venues and details as much as possible, so that you will get a reasonable amount of photographs to tell your story.

How many images will my book have?

A fixed number of images cannot be given for certain. However, the "Graphistudio" Wedding Books you receive on your initial investment will include at least up to 70 images. Remember, as your photographer, we have not only the duty and privilege of making sure your book will stand the test of time but also the wish to produce a fine book that you will feel proud to own and show to your family and friends for many, many years to come.

When can we see our book and images? 

All images of the wedding will be posted on your password security online gallery (password to be given beforehand) roughly 1 to 2 weeks after the wedding day. Please bear in mind that all images taken will be fully edited before going online. The online store with many of the photos from the wedding will be up for 60 days. Please do note that we only provide proof books upon request which are purchased separately.

How long will it take for the wedding book to be delivered?

After selecting the images that we believe best reflect your wedding day, we will pre-design and send a layout of the book to you for approval. After approval is received from you, the book will be sent to be assembled. Usually the whole process after your approval takes 8 to 10 weeks to be completed and delivered. Remember the books we provide are of the highest quality, hand bound wedding books, and therefore they might take longer than others but rest assure that the wait is definitely worth it.

How do we get our wedding book?

Usually, unless otherwise agreed by both parties, we will arrange for it to be delivered to you by courier. Otherwise we will try to set up a meeting with you both if possible to deliver the book in hand personally. Books can also be sent overseas if desired.

How long will you keep the wedding photographic files for?

All wedding photographic files are kept safe for one year, from your wedding day. An option to purchase the photographic files, either before or after the wedding is available. Please enquire for more information.

Do you retain the copyright?
